A Bradford man was sent to McKean County Jail following an arraignment Wednesday on allegations of threatening to kill someone with a baseball bat.
Patrick Nannen, 33, of 12 Rochester St., is charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary offense.
According to the criminal complaint, at 1:59 a.m. Wednesday, Bradford City Police were dispatched to a residence where Nannen had threatened a woman and her unborn child, saying he would kill them with a baseball bat. When interviewed by police, Nannen said he did say it, but it was “a meaningless threat,” the complaint stated.
He was arraigned before District Judge Rich Luther and remanded to jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is scheduled for Central Court on Feb. 20.
