    Port, CC, Coudy, O-E boys nab NTL wins; ECC stays unbeaten

    PORT ALLEGANY – Jake Causer had 14 points and 10 rebounds to help lead Port Allegany to a 52-18 win over Galeton on Wednesday.

    Causer also tallied three assists and three steals, while Nick Wilfong had 11 points and seven rebounds and Jarrod Funk had 14 rebounds.

    CAMERON COUNTY 70, NORTHERN POTTER 36

    ULYSSES – Ryan Shaffer scored 22 points and Landon Farren 21 to lead Cameron County to a 70-36 North Tier League win over Northern Potter.

    Ty Daniels and Noah Cady had six points apiece for Northern Potter.

    COUDERSPORT 71, AUSTIN 33

    COUDERSPORT – Mason Roessner had 20 points, five rebounds and five assists as Coudersport raced past Austin, 71-33.

    Lawson Wetzel tallied 19 points and seven boards in the win, while Parker Sherry had 18 points and Drew VanWhy 14. Mitch Taylor also pulled down 10 rebounds.

    Brenna Ogden and Lucas Fowler had 13 points each for Austin.

    OTTO-ELDRED 95, SMETHPORT 16

    SMETHPORT – Landon Francis poured in 31 points as Otto-Eldred beat Smethport, 95-16.

    Francis was one of four Otto-Eldred players in double figures, as Davey Schenfield and Manning Splain each had 19 points and Shene Thomas 14.

    Colin Riekofsky had four points for Smethport.

    ELK COUNTY CATHOLIC 53, PUNXSUTAWNEY 21

    ST. MARYS – Chase Simbeck scored 16 points as Elk County Catholic remained unbeaten with a 53-21

    Wil Wortman added 12 points in the win for the Crusaders.

    Evan Presloid had seven points for the Chucks.

    DUBOIS 45, ST. MARYS 21

    DUBOIS – Maddox Bennett scored 18 points to lead DuBois to a 45-21 win over St. Marys.

    Trey Wingard added 10 points for DuBois.

    Ben Paul had 10 points to pace St. Marys.

    SHEFFIELD 35, KANE 30

    KANE – Sheffield picked up its first win of the season, 35-30 over Kane on Wednesday.

    Sheffield led 24-9 at halftime en route to the win, with LaShawn Williams leading the way with 14 points. James Chapman and Nakes Holsey added seven points each.

    Preston Darr had nine points for Kane.

    GIRLS

    WARREN 43, BRADFORD 33

    BRADFORD – The Bradford Lady Owls fell behind 32-20 at halftime in dropping a 43-33 non-league game to Warren.

    Haley Kane led the Lady Owls with 13 points.

    Peyton Wotorson had 21 points and Alyssa Farr 12 for Warren.

    OSWAYO VALLEY 42, BOLIVAR-RICHBURG (N.Y.) 12

    SHINGLEHOUSE – Charlotte Austin-Keech and Makenna Manning tallied 16 points each as Oswayo Valley beat Bolivar-Richburg (N.Y.), 42-12 in non-league action.

    Austin-Keech also had three steals and Manning three assists and four rebounds.
