ULYSSES — Port Allegany rebounded nicely from its first loss of the season on Monday, coming back with a 53-41 win over Northern Potter.
Ella Moses posted yet another double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds, with 12 of those points coming in the second half.
The Lady Gators (6-1) went on a 13-2 run in the second quarter to take a 23-12 halftime advantage. Peyton Gordon had 12 points and five rebounds, while Jenna Renner had 11 points and six rebounds, Mady Errick eight points and Brynn Evens eight assists, five rebounds and three blocks.
Lilly Steele led a pair of Northern Potter players in double figures with 16 points, while Emma Haynes had 10 (eight in the second half).
AUSTIN 48, COWANESQUE VALLEY 36
WESTFIELD — Austin defeated Cowanesque Valley 48-36 with Isabella Rees leading the way for the Panthers with 16 points and six assists.
Lily Clinger had 14 points and five steals while Kadence McKeirnan had eight points and seven rebounds for the Panthers. Ella Churchill led Cowanesque Valley with 15 points with Ashley Woodrig adding 10.
Austin will host Otto-Eldred Thursday.
OTTO-ELDRED 53, GALETON 2
DUKE CENTER- The Otto-Eldred Terrors dominated from start to finish against Galeton to win 53-2.
The Terrors defense forced turnovers and shutout the Tigers in the first half leading 33-0.
Jayden Smith led Otto-Eldred with 10 points while other contributors included Lexi Prince and Ayla Van Scoter with 9 points each.
The Terrors improve to 3-1 and will next play on the road at Austin Thursday at 6 p.m.
COUDERSPORT 35, OSWAYO VALLEY 24
COUDERSPORT — Coudersport defeated Oswayo Valley 35-24 with Olivia Fink leading the winning effort for the Falcons with 15 points.
Emilee Ruter added 10 points for Coudersport while Makenna Manning led the Green Wave with 12 points.
Coudersport will next play at Cameron County Thursday at 7:30 p.m. while Oswayo Valley will be at home Friday against Port Allegany at 6 p.m.
