ERIE — Bradford went to the Cathedral Prep Rambler Duals on Saturday, and while they came away 0-6, there were still plenty of positives.
The Owls had close matches against McDowell (39-35) and Madison, Ohio (42-36) and also competed against top level competition in St. Joe’s Collegiate Institute (N.Y., 47-30), Perry, Ohio (71-5), St. Edwards, Ohio (64-12) and Cathedral Prep (58-16).
The results for the match against Prep were unavailable. Bradford’s Jordan Thompson turned in a truly dominant showing. The 160-pounder earned tech falls against Perry and McDowell foes and won by fall against wrestlers from Madison, St. Edward’s and St. Joe’s.
