The TOPS 16 weekly meeting was held at First Presbyterian Church on East Corydon Street on Wednesday.
The meeting was called to order with the TOPS Pledge and the song, “I’m looking slimmer.”
Co-leaders Jeanne Lowe and Jesse Skillman weighed in 13 members with a loss of 8.2 pounds.
Best loser of the week was Virginia. Best loser in waiting was Theresa Bond and the officer of the week was Dianna Lewis.
Four members were excused.
The food to avoid is brownies. The nickelodeon was bread. The fruit is apples and the vegetable is tomatoes.
The inspiration was by Elaine Harris, the household tip by Christine McCraken and Jean Miller, the fashion tip by Diana Lewis, the joke by Jeanne Lowe and Elaine Harris and the smile by Jessie Skillman.
The secretary’s report was by Nan Stoling.
TOPS started the bingo contest. The food chart was won by Jeanne Lowe.
The program was by Jeanne Miller, who read an article on a new fix for over 50 fats.
The Christmas party will be held at Liberty Tavern on Dec. 11. The dice game will start next week. Members were reminded of chores to do to win dice rolls. There will be a weigh in only Nov. 27.

The meeting was adjourned with the friendship circle and TOPS Prayer.
TOPS meetings are held Wednesdays with weigh-ins from 11 to 12:55 p.m. The meeting is from 1 to 1:45 p.m. There is a handicap ramp by the side door of the parking lot.
