PennDOT adopts guidelines for driverless vehicle operation

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) adopted new guidelines for the operation of highly automated vehicles (HAVs) on Pennsylvania roadways for the purposes of operations and testing.
