ALLEGANY, N.Y. — The Right Thinkers group will meet Monday evening at The Hall at 80 N. Fourth St., with a panel discussion on elections and ballot security.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. with complimentary pizza on hand; it’s also a good time to meet panelists, register to vote, meet area candidates and view the exhibits and vendors available.
The panel discussion will begin at 6 p.m. with Ashley Smith, an attorney for Cattaraugus County and leader of the Women’s Republican Group; Acting Cattaraugus County Sheriff Eric Butler; Nicholas Waddy, a history professor at Alfred State College and frequent Right Thinkers panelist; and Tom Reynolds, former president of SCOPE — Shooters Committee on Political Education.
