A Bradford woman is facing charges for allegedly stealing guitars from someone’s residence in February.
Samantha Hinchman, 37, no permanent address listed, is charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, third-degree felonies.
According to the criminal complaint, on Feb. 6, Bradford City Police were dispatched to Orchard Place for a theft report. The victim said he had three guitars, and Hinchman had been in his apartment in the past. The officer watched surveillance video from the area and saw Hinchman and another person carrying guitars from the residence.
She was arraigned Aug. 2 before District Judge Rich Luther and released on $20,000 unsecured bail. She is scheduled for Central Court Aug. 15.
