Each March, as part of professional development offerings, Hampton High School provides a health and wellness fair for teachers, and workshops sponsored by specific vendors. In 2023, Hannah Dunlap, a teacher in Hampton Township School District, attended a workshop that featured a registered dietitian from Case Specific Nutrition. Dunlap was seeking to explore ways to enhance her personal health and wellness through nutrition.

“My main goal was to gather information and resources to improve my own well-being,” Dunlap says. “I had the opportunity to meet with a dietitian who provided valuable insights into nutrition and healthy eating habits.”

The interaction enabled Dunlap to gain a deeper understanding of how to make better food choices to meet her needs and optimize her health.

“I was able to gather informational materials and resources about Case Specific Nutrition, empowering me to begin seeing a dietitian regularly in order to make healthier choices in my daily life,” Dunlap says. “Overall, the health fair was instrumental in equipping me with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance my personal health and wellness journey.”
