A roadside pinwheel garden at Bradford First Church of the Nazarene, near the corner of Interstate Parkway and Willard Avenue, aims to remind passersby that every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, loved and protected. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month and blue is its symbolic color.
