A brief power outage occurred Wednesday morning in the Bradford area when a Penelec circuit breaker opened to protect equipment.
Spokesman Todd Meyers said the breaker, designed to protect electrical equipment at Penelec’s Bradford West substation, opened at 10:56 a.m. The outage disrupted power to 768 customers in the Bradford area for 4 minutes.
He said crews are investigating the root cause.
