Upon arrival, officers met up with one of the victims, a male, who stated he had been walking with his girlfriend, a juvenile female who was also identified as a victim, when Thomas rode up behind them on an e-bike.
As the male victim turned around, another person approached from behind. The additional assailant reportedly held a knife to the male victim’s abdominal area, the complaint stated. As this occurred, Thomas allegedly struck the male victim on the right side of the face. The male victim also reported to officers that Thomas threatened to kill him.
