LEWIS RUN — A Port Allegany woman was killed in a two-vehicle accident Saturday on U.S. Route 6 in Liberty Township, 153 feet east of Fuller Lane.
Patricia Falk, 55, of Port Allegany, died as a result of the accident, according to Lewis Run-based state police.
Police said a Chrysler Pacifica minivan driven by Falk was traveling westbound on Route 6 at 11:53 a.m. Saturday when the vehicle crossed the center line and hit head-on with a full-size pickup truck driven by Gail Bowser, 48, of Coudersport.
Bowser was transported from the scene with suspected serious injury, as were two patients in Falk’s vehicle, James Graham, 67, of Genesee, and a female youth of Port Allegany.
Police said both vehicles had disabling damage. The investigation is ongoing.
