Northwest announces third quarter earnings, dividend

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Northwest Bancshares, Inc., (the “company”), (NasdaqGS: NWBI) announced net income for the quarter ended Sept. 30 of $39.2 million, or $0.31 per diluted share.
