COUDERSPORT — The Coudersport junior high football team closed out their season in dramatic fashion, scoring a game-winning touchdown against Cameron County with just 43 seconds left on the clock to go ahead 22-14.
The Red Raiders’ offense was led by Kyle Folke’s 40-yard touchdown reception, thrown by quarterback Jacob Maddison. Maddison also added a score, rushing one-yard into the endzone and following that with a successful 2-point conversion. On defense, CC’s Corben Post picked off a pass in the loss.
The Falcons end their season at 4-4-1 while CC drops to 0-4-1. The Red Raiders will finish their season on Thursday against Otto-Eldred.
