Here is a quick guide to help readers who might need to know where to report issues, accidents, or concerns.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission for the North Central Region covers McKean, Elk, Potter and Cameron counties, as well as six others, and is the organization to call to report wildlife emergencies and roadkill deer. The numbers to call are (833) 742-4868 or (833) 742-9453 which will be answered by the Centralized Dispatch Center. A Game Warden will be dispatched to the proper county for emergencies and various entities may respond to collect roadkill.
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) can be reached at (800) 692-7380 or online at puc.pa.gov. The organization can assist with nearly any utility concern or complaint.
This spring, when it’s tax time, you won’t need to go searching for the Pennsylvania Department of Treasury contact information if you keep a copy of this RTS on the fridge.
