Carroll confirmed as secretary of PennDOT

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Wednesday that the Pennsylvania State Senate has confirmed Michael B. Carroll as the next Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Secretary.
