NASCAR issues largest team fine in history against Hendrick

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — NASCAR levied the largest combined fine on one team in series history Wednesday, hammering Hendrick Motorsports for modifying air-deflecting pieces last weekend at Phoenix Raceway.
