HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Max Baer will be honored and remembered at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, during a public memorial service at Duquesne University Power Center, Charles J. Dougherty ballroom, fifth floor at 600 Forbes Avenue in Pittsburgh.
Baer died on Friday, Sept. 30, at his home near Pittsburgh. He was 74 years old. Chief Justice Baer leaves behind his wife, two children and five grandchildren.
The public memorial services will be available via livestream.
