Biden-Harris Administration, EPA announce delivery of historic water infrastructure BIL funding

PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded $240 million in Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding to Pennsylvania Tuesday for water infrastructure improvements.
