A talented cast of 20 local children, teens and adults are preparing to hit the stage for Bradford Little Theatre’s upcoming production of “Beanstalk! The Play!”

This fun show is for audience members of all ages, full of colorful costumes, magical moments, fantastic light and sound effects, and a whimsical set.
It’s the familiar story of a boy named Jack who trades his family cow for a handful of magic beans. When he climbs the beanstalk, he not only retrieves his family’s lost fortune, he gets to have an adventure of his very own.
“We have an amazing cast and production team. Teenager Sydney Safran and her father Russ have painted a beautiful set for us, Bob Boser has been instrumental in finding amazing music and sound effects and his wife, Sarah Boser, is just so creative — making costumes and set pieces,” stated show director, Kristin Asinger.
The cast includes five narrators played by Kimberly Weikert, Ada Wolbert, Shelby Easton, Patti Lewis and Elijah Lewis. Jack, Jack 2 and Jack 3 are played by Mason Close, Sebastian Greene and Eliana Lewis, respectively. Jack’s Mother is played by Jessica Ann Coder and Darren Hilmes is cast as the family Cow.
