The rise in COVID-19 cases in the region has had an impact on area nursing homes, many of which are limiting visitation again.
Guy and Mary Felt Manor in Emporium posted a notice on social media saying that as of Wednesday, they learned that one of their care providers had tested positive. The manor immediately restricted visitation, with the exception of compassionate care situations.

At Lakeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Smethport, visitors are restricted to skilled nursing and assisted living communities with the exception of end-of-life situations.
At Pinecrest Manor in St. Marys, visiting is restricted until further notice.
At Lutheran Home at Kane, outdoor visits are possible for vaccinated residents. All visits with unvaccinated residents must continue to take place in a designated area inside. All visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, masks must be worn and visits are limited to 30 minutes.
At Elk Haven Nursing Home in St. Marys, visitors must sign up online to schedule a visit. All visitors must be screened and must wear a mask at all times.
Sweden Valley Manor in Coudersport will allow indoor visitation only if the county’s positivity rate is below 10%.
Sena Kean Manor follows visitation policies as directed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, screening visitors and delivering COVID messages via phone to family members.
At The Pavilion at Bradford Regional Medical Center, all visitors must stop at the main information desk at the lobby, where a room number and visitation restrictions will be given.
At Bradford Manor, there were no limitations on visitors, but all visitors must wear masks.
Bradford Ecumenical Home Inc. is following Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services restrictions, which includes outdoor visitation if possible, and indoor visitation if the county’s positivity rate is below 10%.
