Dr. Catherine Koverola has resigned from the presidency of Pitt-Bradford and Pitt-Titusville, effective July 1.
In a brief announcement Tuesday afternoon, officials with the University of Pittsburgh said only that Koverola cited personal reasons for her decision. Rick Esch, vice president for business affairs at Pitt-Bradford, will serve as interim president.
Pitt-Bradford officials said they were offering no further information on the announcement.
Koverola began her role as the fourth Pitt-Bradford president on June 1, 2019.
