    CLARION — A number of local students earned at least a 3.5 grade point average to be named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

    Included on the list are Hannah Shaffer of Austin; Brianna Barger, Olivia Belser, Matthew Franz, Emily Keltz, Kristen Sisler, Lori Sisler and Jacob Wilcox, all of Bradford; Kamren Brubaker of Brockport; Gina Bennett and Kylie Runyan, both of Byrnedale; Trevor Olney of Coudersport; Elizabeth Miller of Custer City;
