SMETHPORT — The weekly meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #623 was held Tuesday evening with weigh-ins at Chico’s Cafe and Bake Shoppe.

Seven members were present for weigh-ins with a loss of seven pounds. Kathy was the best loser. Members are to try to exercise and be more active this week.

The club’s summer picnic will be Aug. 10 at Hamlin Lake Park.

Jayme read an article titled “Hangry.” Among other things, when one’s blood sugar gets too low, cortisol can cause anger issues.

Sue will provide the program next week.
