There are free meals available to children under age 18 through the Summer Food Service Program.

There is no cost or enrollment required.
The Bradford Area School District participates in the program, and meals will be provided at the following times in the schools’ cafeterias.
• from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday from June 7-Aug. 6 in the Bradford Area High School; there will be no meal July 5
• from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday through Friday July 6-9 at Floyd C. Fretz Middle School, School Street Elementary School and George G. Blaisdell Elementary School
• from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Monday through Thursday from July 12-30 at Fretz, School Street and GGB
The program is federally funded and state administered and reimburses providers who serve free, healthy meals to children in low income areas when school is not in session.
