The Zonta Club of Bradford held its annual Service Awards Luncheon at the Bradford Club, Bradford, on Wednesday.
The Bradford Zonta Club Service committee provided $250 checks to the following not-for-profit organizations:
• CARE for Children, whose mission is improving the lives of children of all abilities.
• CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), whose mission is to support the local court by providing advocates for abused or neglected children.
• Destinations-Bradford, A faith-based, non-denominational organization that helps feed the hungry, house the homeless, and is a resource for all who are in need.
• Pitt-Bradford Arts Department Fundraiser. This year, the seats in the Bromeley Family Theater have remained empty during the pandemic. The Arts Department decided to fill them by holding a “foodraiser” to collect bags of food and financial donations to benefit the Friendship Table.
