Bradford Area Public Library is offering more activities in celebration of National Library Week.
The library has digital detox boxes for teens, and a pop-up book sale will be held today.
Regarding the digital detox boxes, anyone who lives in the Bradford Library service area and is 12-18 years old can register now for a free box, created by the library.
Everyone has suffered through a whole year of nothing but laptops, tablets, TVs, Xboxes, and phones. It is time to unplug and focus on some selfcare. Each box is composed of a variety of items (i.e. stress reducers, tasty treats, personal care, etc.). The boxes are funded by the library’s Teen Reading Lounge grant given by the Pennsylvania Humanities Council. This is possible while supplies last.

The pop-up book sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. It will be outside, weather permitting. Newly available are library tote bags for $7, but the community can fill a tote with paperbacks for only $10.
