WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, announced the promotion of John Cramer to store manager of its Sheffield, Pa., location.
Cramer, who was most recently the assistant store manager at the Bradford, Pa., Tops started his career in the Olean, store as a non-perishable manager and has been part of several special projects over the years. He resides in Rixford, Pa., with his wife.
