WARREN — Debra Hayes has been named divisional vice president and trust officer of Northwest Bank.

Nathan Weaver, CFP®, CTFA, Divisional vice president, manager of personal trust administration, made the announcement.

As trust officer, Hayes will be responsible for the administration of trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, estates, guardianships and custodial accounts.

Hayes comes to Northwest from PNC’s Wealth Management division, where she served as vice president for five years and client advisor in retail for five years. She studied psychology at the Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of McDowell High School.

Hayes is the daughter of Joyce and the late Carl Michael Russell of Erie. She has three children.
