ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. — The annual Winter Carnival in the Village of Ellicottville and at Holiday Valley Resort will be held March 13 and 14.
With the current COVID restrictions, Ellicottville’s Mardi Gras Weekend has been reinvented as Winter Carnival Weekend. Storefronts will be decorated, themed music playing in the streets, and there will be lots of activities at Holiday Valley including a fireworks display at 10:30 p.m on March 13
To add to the fun, check out the giant snow sculpture of an 8’ high ski boot right in the village, on the lawn of the 1887 Building, carved by famed sculptor Eric Jones!
