The weekly meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #16 was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church on 54 E. Corydon St.
Vickie Johnson called the meeting to order with the TOPS and KOPS pledge.
The song was “Valentine’s Day” to the tune of “Row Row Row Your Boat.”
Assistant weight recorder Barb Smead and co-leader Dianne Lewis weighed in 14 members with a loss of 15.6 pounds, two for calories and five excused.
Best loser of the Week is Nan Stoling. Best Loser in Waiting is Vickie Johnson, and Officer of the Week is Vickie Johnson.
Jeanne Lowe read the secretary’s report.
The Nickelodeon was cake.
The fruit is Strawberries and the vegetable is Brussels sprouts. The food to avoid is candy.
Fashion tips were by Dianna Lewis, the household tip by Chris McCracken, the food chart by Pat Foote and the birthday gift by Jamie Larson.
Dianna Lewis presented a program on seven healthy vegetables to help lose weight.
The meeting was adjourned with the Friendship Circle and the TOPS Prayer.

The Zonta Club of Bradford held its regular luncheon meeting on Wednesday. The meeting was held virtually.
A brief business meeting led by Club President Fran Stewart was held. Stewart congratulated the Advocacy Committee on a successful Amelia Earhart Awards presentation. Rose Day and United Nation workshops were discussed. There are several virtual workshops available to all members of the Zonta Club.
Holly Puglio introduced Janelle Nolan, the guest speaker. Nolan is the adult programming and marketing director for the Bradford Area Public Library. The presentation highlighted the many adult programs available, free of charge, to the community. All the programs are virtual and may be accessed on the library’s website, bradfordlibrary.org. The Zonta Club reported that members are excited to explore all of these options.
Shelley Harvey closed the meeting. The next meeting is scheduled for Feb. 24.
