SMETHPORT — The weekly meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #623 met on Tuesday evening with nine people weighing in.

There was a weight loss of 19.2 pounds and Ann was the best loser. Marilyn was the best loser for August. Members will stay away from sweets this week.

Sue read an article on Detox Diets, which the club reported to be very informative, and Kathy led the group’s chair exercise to music.
