LARAMIE, Wyo. — The University of Wyoming accorded degrees upon two local students at the completion of the spring semester.

Local students earning degrees are Paul Gratien Etchepare of Emporium, Pa., a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; and Caroline Hope Miller of Smethport, Pa., a Master of Fine Arts.
