COUDERSPORT — A Warren man has been charged for allegedly threatening a Port Allegany man with a BB pistol.

Coudersport-based state police said Brian Bunce, 31, of Warren, is being charged with terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct for an altercation that took place July 22 at 153 Angel Lane in Sweden Township.

Police said an investigation revealed that Bunce pointed a silver and tan BB gun pistol at Roy Nickerson, 21, of Port Allegany.

Bunce is in Potter County Jail on $10,000 bail, according to online court dockets. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Tuesday before District Judge Annette Easton.
