One more week until the region goes green, said Gov. Tom Wolf at Friday’s press briefing.

The counties including in the least restrictive reopening phase are McKean, Cameron, Elk, Potter, Bradford, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, Montour, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, Venango and Warren.

Health officials have said they were working on specific guidelines for counties in the green phase. Some restrictions will still be in place.
