WARREN — Beginning Monday, Northwest will reduce branch lobby hours and limit in-person banking appointments to weekdays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., and Saturday during normal business hours.

Lobbies will be open by appointment only to limit the number of people in a branch at any one time.

Customers who need access to a safe deposit box or have specific needs that can only be addressed in person, can schedule an appointment by calling their preferred branch or banker.

In addition, through a new scheduling tool, customers can visit www.northwest.com and in “three easy clicks” schedule a call or in-person appointment at one of our local branches.

Drive-thru services will remain open during normal business hours.

Those branches without drive-thrus will remain open with lobby access by appointment only.
