Buffalo, N.Y., woman to service prison time for drug, assault cases

SMETHPORT — A Buffalo, N.Y., woman was sentenced to a term in state prison for drug delivery and assault allegations stemming from three cases.

Briana S. Rollins, 28, will serve one to two years in state prison with credit of 209 days of time served. She will also pay $5,222 in restitution to McKean County to pay for medical treatment in the assault case. She is charged in two cases with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and in the third with simple assault.

On Dec. 19, Rollins pleaded guilty to allegations that on June 12, 2018, she, along with codefendant Leonesha Brown, delivered .67 grams of crack cocaine; on June 21, 2019, Rollins and Brown, who were under surveillance of the McKean County Drug Task Force, delivered .55 grams of crack cocaine and possessed with the intent to deliver 1.32 grams of crack cocaine; and on July 17, Rollins caused injury to another female inmate at the McKean County Jail.

Also in court, Dustin T. Jacoby, 33, of Smethport, will serve nine months to two years in McKean County Jail with credit for seven days of time served for charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and criminal trespass. Court officials explained during the sentencing hearing that Jacoby, who was an employee at the Corner Bistro and Pizza Co. in Smethport at the time, entered the business and tried to steal money. While the money he was convicted of stealing was recovered, he will pay $20 in restitution for a $20 bill that was taken as evidence.

Holli A. Hull, 47, of Westline, will serve 70 days to one year in McKean County Jail with credit for eight days of time served and one year of consecutive probation for charges of criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night time and summary charges. A jury found her guilty of the charges at a trial on Dec. 9. Court records filed at the time of her arrest alleged that on the night of Aug. 11, 2016, Hull cut through an air conditioner panel to gain access to the bedroom of a Keating Township home, then used a patio stool to climb through the window. Once inside, she activated the motion-detection alarm and fled.

Troy C. Renner, 43, of Port Allegany, will serve 30 days to one year in McKean County Jail with credit for 17 days of time served for a charge of harassment and a summary charge. Renner pleaded guilty Nov. 5 to allegations that on Sept. 6, he damaged a Ford Escape and made threats toward two women.

Michael B. Wolfe, 28, of Bradford, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-alcohol and summary charges.

Andrea R. Shafer, 39, of Olean, N.Y., will serve one year of probation and 18 days of day-reporting at a community service site for a charge of possession of an access device knowing it is counterfeit/altered. Shafer pleaded guilty Nov. 21 to allegations that between Aug. 1 and Sept. 13 in 2018, she possessed three access device cards that belonged to someone else.

Alicia M. Norris, 29, of Bradford, will serve nine days to one year in McKean County Jail with credit for 10 days of time served for a charge of simple assault. On Dec. 5, Norris pleaded guilty to allegations that on Aug. 26, she shoved and tackled a female, causing bruising.

Mark W. Caldwell, 64, of Smethport will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-alcohol and summary charges.

Kyle A. Heter, 33, of Turtlepoint, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a charge of DUI-controlled substance and a summary charge.

Mark D. Burlingame, 36, of Smethport, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a charge of DUI-controlled substance and a summary charge.

Lissa M. Consbruck, 30, of Clarendon, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a charge of DUI-general impairment.
