Incoming Bradford City mayor James McDonald will be sworn in at ceremonies at the McKean County Courthouse in Smethport and at Bradford City Hall.

The courthouse ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 30, when President Judge John Pavlock will swear in all newly elected officials in McKean County.

Bradford City will hold its reorganizational meeting at 10 a.m. Jan. 6 in city council chambers, located on the third floor of city hall. The room can hold up to 45 people, but McDonald said additional people can occupy the hallway next to it as an overflow area.

Both ceremonies are open to the public.
