NIAGARA FALLS, NY — Seneca Gaming Corporation is teaming up with Workvivo to bring more employee engagement to their team members across all of their resort & casino properties; Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, New York, Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in Buffalo, New York, and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca, New York.
Based in Cork, Ireland, Workvivo’s powerful internal communications platform will bring a new level of employee engagement to Seneca Gaming Corporation.
The app will roll out to all team members before the end of the year and will be dubbed “Inside 8”. Inside 8 is in reference to the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s HR platform which is branded TheBest8Hours.com and boasts that joining the Seneca team is the best 8 hours!

Currently there are many different ways to distribute information to team members including the company newsletter and company-wide emails. With the launch of this app through Workvivo team members will be able to check updates on their phones and stay engaged with their teams in real time.
Workvivo was founded in early 2017 in Cork, Ireland by John Goulding and Joe Lennon. John and Joe had worked together previously at CoreHR, a leading global HCM software provider, as CEO and CTO respectively.
The Workvivo communications platform is already used across over 40 countries by more than 70,000 employees.
