SMETHPORT — Charges against a Bradford woman who had been accused of assaulting a boy and kicking him out of his home have been withdrawn.
Samantha L. Harp, 24, was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Oct. 7 before District Judge William Todd for allegations in Eldred Borough. However, the charges — aggravated assault, strangulation, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, false report, false reports of child abuse and harassment — have been dropped, court records indicate.
The case is now listed as closed.
