15-year-old male arraigned on terroristic threats charges in ‘kill,’ ‘rape’ videos

OLEAN, N.Y. — A 15-year-old male was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Family Court Monday in connection with alleged terroristic threats made against Olean High School students.
