SMETHPORT (EC) — Paula Holmes, a member of the Women’s auxiliary of Ludlow American Legion Post #489, designed and sewed these two 20”x50” banners especially for the McKean-Cameron Bi-County American Legion’s parade that was held Monday in recognition of the national American Legion’s 100th anniversary.
The banners include two American flags, the insignias of the nation’s armed services and the Legion and the POW/MIA insignia.
