ELDRED — The Eldred United Methodist Church will host Vacation Bible School July 7-11.
The theme is “To Mars and Beyond.” Organizers explained, “Daily we will go beyond in faith, boldness, thankfulness, kindness and hope.”
The time is 6-8 p.m. each day. All children are welcome from age 2 through sixth grade completed this year.
There will be games, crafts, science projects, Bible stories, games and snacks each day.
Thursday evening will be a time of picnicking with all family welcome to join the children.
The close of VBS will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. July 14. There will be a luncheon to follow with a time to meet the church’s new pastor and his son. All are welcome.
