SMETHPORT — The meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly Pa. #623 was held Tuesday evening at the East Smethport United Christian Church.
Eleven members weighed in. There was a 3.4-pound loss with three people staying the same.
Ami was the best loser for the week. Kathy led the group in exercise. She also won the Hee Haw.
Candy Work, a nutritionist, will present the program next week. The “yes-yes” is to do more exercise.
