SMETHPORT — A mobile food bank, sponsored by St. Elizabeth Church and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Erie, will be held June 11 at St. Elizabeth Church.
The food bank is for McKean County residents who fall within the financial guidelines. Pre-registration is required by phone. Call 366-3186 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. today to register. Only one registration per dwelling is permitted.
When calling, it is necessary to speak with a person. No one monitors the messages left on the voicemail.
Also, those registered need to come at their designated registration time and no earlier.
Applicants must bring a photo ID and at least two boxes with which to carry food.
