A Bradford Area School District school bus got stuck in a ditch on West Washington Street on Tuesday.
Superintendent Katherine Pude told The Era that three people were on board but nobody suffered any injuries. She explained that a water truck forced bus number 12 to the side of the road and, due to the wet conditions, the tires were sucked into a ditch roughly a mile east of Marilla Reservoir.
Pude added that first responders from Bradford Township immediately checked to make sure the occupants were not injured.
“Our priority was that nobody on board was injured,” Pude said. “That’s what matters the most.”
