A Crosby man is facing allegations he said in April that he was going to kill another man.
David L. Rounsville Sr., 74, of 9491 Route 46, Crosby, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge William Todd on charges of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a summary charge.
According to the criminal complaint, around 4:30 p.m. April 5 inside the bar at American Legion Post 976, Rounsville said, “I’m going to kill Joe Kisko.” Three witnesses allegedly heard Rounsville say it.
In an interview with police on April 20, Rounsville was asked if he said he was going to kill Kisko. Rounsville told police that while he didn’t specifically remember it, he agreed he probably did say it, as he says things when he is mad that he does not really mean, the complaint indicated.
Rounsville was released on $2,000 unsecured bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on May 23.
