COUDERSPORT — Central Grange 1216 in Sweden Valley is hosting a “meet the candidate” night at the grange hall on Route 44 South on May 2.

The event is in conjunction with the Potter County Republican Committee and with help from other granges.

The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the event will begin at 6 p.m. with each candidate in attendance giving a talk about what they hope to do if elected. Refreshments will be available all

evening.

This event will be emceed by David Castano from the Potter County Historical Society.

Everyone is welcome, so come out and hear what the candidates have to say. There will be a

question and answer session after all the candidates have spoken.
