Thirteen students from Oswayo Valley School District participated in the 2019 Senior High and Junior High Band Festival on March 15. The one-day festival which was held in Coudersport was a collaboration of twelve school districts within the I.U. 9. The Junior High band (grades seven through nine) was led by guest conductor, Mr. Brian G. Gresh. Dr. Gary S. Grant was the guest conductor for the Senior High band (grades ten through twelve).
